Okay my cousin asked me to draw Chuck E, but as I researching in this area. I found out that this dog named Jasper hasn't been redesign in 13 years or so, So I took the liberty to redraw this Tennessean canine to be more in the modern day. Plus for some odd reason or an other I made a life to this pooch.

Jasper Tyler Jowls
Age: 17

Jasper is a total country boy who lives in country of North Carolina. He lives with his widowed Father and younger sister. He loves to be with his friends, Family, and loves to be riding his horse Misty. He is a strong Christian man, who loves to be outside. If you can’t find can’t find him in the fields, you find him in the barn playing his guitar.
He's in Agriculture at school. He is very smart and is in all advance placement classes. He and Chuckie don't always see eye to eye, which leads to a major rivalry between the two boys. He and Helen have an amazing and strong friendship. He plans on going to the missionary field, or majoring in Agriculture science.

I know little Bell is so cute. Everyone has a chibi to them. I didn't draw Pasqually for a reason. I couldn't find a picture of him.
